What sets Fabriqer apart from other management software?

Fabriqer is not a generic ERP. It is specifically designed to optimise time in machining workshops, with features such as automatic 3D file conversion, measurement extraction, volume calculation, material selection, and generation of customised quotes with just a few clicks.

What types of 3D files does Fabriqer accept?

It accepts .step files and common native formats such as .sldprt, .x_t, .x_b, .ipt, .catpart, .prt, .sat, and .3dm. Native formats are automatically converted to .step so you can use them immediately in your workshop.

Does Fabriqer calculate times and prices automatically?

Yes. Fabriqer's AI estimates each part's machining time from its geometry, your quote history and the machines you register for your shop, and calculates the price by combining it with the material, phases and costs you define. Every estimate shows its confidence level and you always validate it before sending. The system also learns from your shop: every quote you send leaves it sharper.

Can I define my own materials and prices?

Yes. Fabriqer comes with a large default database of materials, alloys, supply states, finishes, and common machining phases, but you can also add and customise everything according to your needs.

How can I customise the PDF of my quote?

Quotes can be exported as PDFs with your logo, image, and corporate colours. You can also customise the quote coding according to your standards. By default, quotes include an image of each part and general measurements, giving your quotations a highly professional appearance.

Do I need to install anything to use Fabriqer?

No. Fabriqer works 100% online. You only need a web browser and an internet connection.

How much does Fabriqer cost and how can I try it?

Fabriqer funciona con un sistema de precios flexible según el número de piezas que tengas almacenadas en nuestra nube. Puedes empezar con el plan de 0 € (hasta 5 piezas guardadas) y pasar al plan Pro cuando necesites más capacidad, desde 59 €/mes con pago anual — el precio se ajusta automáticamente por tramos según tu almacenamiento. No necesitas tarjeta de crédito para empezar y puedes probar el software con tus propias piezas, sin compromiso.

How does the AI know how long I will take in my own shop?

Because it doesn't calculate with generic data: the AI starts from each part's geometry, your quote history and your machines. You can register every machine in your shop with its characteristics —dimensions, speeds, feeds, loaders…— and the estimates adjust to how long you actually take. Every quote you send fine-tunes it a bit more, and you always review before sending: the AI drafts it and the craft comes from you. The best way to check is to upload your weirdest part and see what it estimates.

What is Fabriqer Inbox?

It's the fastest way to start a quote: you forward the email your customer sent you to your Fabriqer address, and the system downloads the parts, reads the drawings and assigns materials, quantities and deadlines according to what the message says. The AI estimates the machining times and the quote is left ready for you to review and send. No file uploads and no typing in quantities.
