Privacy Policy
At Fabriqer we take the privacy of your data and the confidentiality of your files seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you use fabriqer.com and the Fabriqer application, for what purpose, and how you can exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Account and contact data: the name, company, email and phone number you provide when you sign up, request a demo or write to us.
- Usage data: technical information about how the application and the website are used (pages visited, actions, device type), obtained in part through cookies and similar technologies.
- Files and project data: the 3D files and the part and rate information you upload to the application to generate quotes.
- Billing data when you purchase a paid plan.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to: provide the service and manage your account (performance of a contract); respond to your requests for information or a demo (pre-contractual measures); send you communications about the product when you have agreed to receive them (consent, which you can withdraw at any time); improve the product and keep the service secure (legitimate interest); and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Confidentiality of your files
The 3D files and rate data you upload to Fabriqer are yours. They are used exclusively to provide you with the service (geometric analysis, time estimation and quote generation), they are treated as confidential, and they are neither shared with third parties nor used for purposes other than the service.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you maintain your account or the business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by applicable law (for example, tax obligations). You can request the deletion of your account and your files at any time.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need in order to deliver the service (hosting, infrastructure, analytics and management tools), who act as data processors under contract, and with public authorities where there is a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@fabriqer.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Changes to this policy
